There are numerous matrices, having applications both in theoretical and practical aspects. Among them there are primarily two types, namely orthogonal and non-orthogonal matrices. A good example for orthogonal matrix is Hadamard matrix, which has been dealt with by many researchers and found highly efcacious for information and communication systems and sequences to study signals, image analysis and data processing. The non-orthogonal matrices are not studied much so far. Now we are going to deal with the second type non-orthogonal matrices, by considering examples, which are the next generation structures of a special matrix called magnicent matrix or Mn-matrix. From this we will show how to generate other graph-theoretic structures also. And we will make a mention of some of their applications, while studying some of their properties.
